  • **Update to the update** menu must've been changed recently because now there is a rolled ice cream with their other menu items. I am putting my review back to 3 stars. Yes, their desserts are good but I'm standing here for over 15 mins, and they haven't even started on my order yet because they're backed up. The problem with having too much on your menu with everything taking some amount of time is that you aren't efficient with your time in making things.. so you're compromising your customers time with variety. Unfortunately, I'm few seconds away from asking for a refund but it would probably be another 10 mins for them to finish what they're doing to issue me a refund too. This is probably my last visit here. **update** I've went back again. I will change my rating to 4 stars for the overall, because when it's all said and done, the desserts are good. Service is not the greatest all the time, but it was good today and I guess I can't be too harsh when it comes to that. I still value good service which is why 5 stars will have to be earned after I've been back a few more times** So I want to say that I have been to this place about 5-6 times in the past month, so that will tell you that I approve of the dessert... I've had the snow fluff - green tea with Mochi and lychee. The consistency of the snow fluff is strangely satisfying. I've also had the macarons and they are really good. I like the ube ones. They have some cutesy Pokémon and hello kitty character ones for those who are into that stuff. While I would give the desserts a high 4 stars and low 5 stars, I have disappointed by the service. There is sometimes only one person working and while I commend their attention to detail, I've waited up to 10 minutes waiting for them to finish making the previous customers order before my order is even taken. I don't understand how you have these waffle things as a big part of your menu and you only have one of the waffle irons (at least they were only using one). I might be inclined to change my rating after a few more visits and improved customer service but for now the three stars is an overall score of my experience.
