  • They front desk calls me up 20 minutes after my appt and asks for my insurance info and asks me to fill out paperwork. As I'm filling it out a nurse comes up and says because I'm 20 minutes late they need to push my appt back 45 minutes. I might have been 5 minutes late because there was crazy construction and I couldn't figure out how to get in but no more then that. This wouldn't have been a big deal but I had my 7 week baby with me and I was not late! I'll be looking for another
