I believe in supporting our local florist especially when the owner is so dedicated
to making the customer 100% satisfied. I received a bouquet on Mother's Day. It did
not reflect what I'd remembered in the quality of bouquets I'd sent or received before from
The Rose Cottage.
The bouquet must have had "problems in the car." I called the Cottage the next day --- Sherry & the owner made it clear that they would replace my bouquet immediately with a fresh bouquet. The Rose Cottage was very eager to please the customer. I do think that it is important on busy holidays or important events that delivery drivers are made more aware of how to care for flowers in the car as well as staff being careful that only beautiful, fresh bouquets go out for delivery.
