  • I visited two jimmy johns locations. I am disappointed in the service. The subs were ok but they will not serve anything on the side. This is a corporate policy I guess. I'm surprised that they are not customer service based with all the competition in this town. I called the customer service number to let them know I was unhappy about that and they basically were not interested. Advised me it was a policy because they don't want special orders holding up the line. I was the only person there! The subs aren't good enough to put up with the lack of service.
