  • Kudos to Sugar Creek, you were a stand out for us! We were so impressed with the friendly staff, the atmosphere, the story behind the brew, and most importantly.. the beer. The quality and creativity behind this beer spoke volumes, and we are forever fans of this charming brewery. The story is easy to find, because it's posted throughout the brewery, and you will want to indulge in the genius behind the brew. The staff wasn't afraid to engage in conversation with us, no matter how busy they were, which was a welcome change from other breweries in the area. The beer here is award-winning, and far more unique than anything we found in Charlotte. Dark Reflection (made from plums) is rich and velvety, and the perfect beer to slowly sip. The Pilsner is seasonal, but the perfect light beer. It's what I like to call a summer porch beer. It would be perfect on a hot day, or any day for that matter. Do not miss out on this one! We also had Biere de Garde, which was an excellent apple flavor, but not a sweet cider. Their Raspberry White was memorable as well. Everything here was exceptional, and no two beers were alike. This brewery is a testament to true craftsmanship, and you can tell they take great pride in their brew! Don't miss this brewery!!
