  • Started off on a horrible note. We got to our hotel room and there was hair in the sink and our glasses looked like they hadn't been washed. Called downstairs, an hour later, we finally got a room! But then we realized it was a smoking room...because of the smell! (which we specifically didn't want) and hour later, we finally got our hotel room but a crappy view. Room service was ridiculously expensive! Over 100.00 for 2 entrees. No drinks or appetizers. I am well aware it is Vegas and everything is costly but it was just like we were being charged for everything. Shouldn't something be complimentary?? I'm staying at the Palazzo! Overall I was really disappointed :/ Lame Hotel made no apologies...nothing
