I am one of those people who is deathly afraid of dentists. It's ridiculous and I have no idea why I'm so terrified of sitting in that chair, but I am. I have spent a good portion of my adult life avoiding that chair unless I absolutely HAD to go in for some reason. I went in today and was shaking like a leaf when I sat down in that chair. Dr. Ellsworth and staff put me at ease and even put up with my tears. (I know, I know. It's so ridiculous and embarrassing, that's why I never go.) I feel so bad I can't remember the hygienist's name because I was so focused on not freaking out when she introduced herself, but she was so sweet and amazing! They were so kind and compassionate and made me a little less afraid to get in the chair. I've never felt so at ease when visiting a dentist. I'm so grateful I finally found an office that is patient and makes your comfort a priority.
