  • Lots and lots of happy staff everywhere. Only 1 person was ringing the cash register. Three of us were in line while the attendant struggled to ring up the first customer in line. Finally a person came to help the attendant. After about 5 minutes the person behind me left to go to the self check out. I waited a few more minutes, seeing the attendant was still struggling I also went to the self check out. I couldn't help but notice the manager was laughing and joking with the two customer service staff as they all stood around with nothing to do. They all were oblivious to customers NOT be serviced. Amazingly poor experience at this store!
