  • We chose this facility to train my boyfriend's 4-year-old dog. At first, we loved the place, and loved everything they were about and everything they claimed to produce. The main concerns that created a need for training, however, were not addressed, and my boyfriend wound up spending lots and lots of money for minimal results. We contacted the owner after training to discuss our concerns (as she'd suggested we do), but once we were no longer "customers" she didn't respond to the contact. We were ignored, and left to deal with the unwanted behavior issues with no assistance. These people promise a lot but deliver very little in terms of training. Buyer be wary in terms of this place.
