  • I went here a few years ago to get a few wisdom teeth pulled and a couple of cavities filled. Dr.Zhang did a great job on them so I asked what he could do for a (very small, superficially) chipped eye tooth. He promptly answered "yeah, I can fix that right away for you". He started grinding, I wasn't really paying attention but after a while I started to get concerned... When he pulled back for a different tool I stuck my tongue out through the new hole in my smile! He didn't tell me anything about what he was about to do. He put a temporary crown on and a few days later, the "permanent" one. I figured; Well hell, that sucked for no reason (I get all my work done without freezing) but at least it's "fixed". Unfortunately the crown was placed poorly and it destroyed the tooth above it and now the crown itself has broken. 300% failure rate here, the two destroyed teeth and a failed crown. Great job guys! I contacted the Sierra Center, in person, a day after it broke (eating a piece of pork) and they basically said piss off. Their opinion of "helping me" was to fix the damage at full cost. Yeah, thanks you unethical pricks. They are refusing to repair the damage caused by a. The original healthy tooth which was destroyed without my prior consent. b. The secondary damage to the tooth above caused by the crown being misaligned. I was prepared to pay for the replacement "hardware" if the Sierra Center payed for the hours but they refuse to fix their mistake. They wouldn't reply to my calls or emails for 3 weeks until I left a negative review on their facebook page. (That's when they said they would fix everything at full cost to me) Now I have two destroyed teeth and can't afford to replace them. I suppose it could be worse if they took a kidney while I was on the table but it would have been problematic as I was not under any anesthesia...
