  • As soon as you mention the word "Groupon", their service level drops 10 fold. You become a second rate customer and they just leave you to dry (literally) - The lady working on my nails left part way through to help someone with a waxing appointment. It felt like they double booked themselves, not very professional. The owner (I'm assuming) took over my nails as soon as she walked through the doors (maybe 10 mins later), not really apologizing just saying that they're very busy. The mani and pedi were only standard quality, nothing special. I wouldn't recommend coming here. You can find better quality and service nearby without the attitude. P.S. Groupons are only accepted the first time as a customer here. Therefore you can't use a waxing groupon for the same location once you've used a mani/pedi groupon here.
