  • I will echo some of the other reviewers in that I was extremely disappointed to see the menu and service changes that have taken place recently at Carnegie Deli. I did not like the format of ordering and paying at the counter first, the reduced menu selections, and reduced staffing. Soda was served in plastic cups with plastic lids. No complimentary pickles. No specials. Waiter shamed us into our order-- "are you sure you want two sandwiches, most people split." The size of the sandwiches has always been part of the fun! They have taken one of my favorite Mirage food choices and ruined it. I will not be returning unless they change it back to the previous style of service.
