I spoke to Ashley from that office. She sounds very skeptical and not as friendly as people say on here as I spoke to her twice now and today topped it off with an attitude from Ashley, this time. I am a neighbor of the person who lives above me in a condo. I was very concern as this neighbor seems like a decent neighbor as I was asking Ashley a question about him. Her attitude was not what I expected from her by her tone. I can pick up people's tone if it's not real or genuine or have decent customer service. I like to see this business have better improvement when dealing with people for issues and or questions or they will drive people away if she continues with that tone. I also told her the person (owner) who hired them, inquiring her tenant living above me that I sued the owner back in 2013 as she sounded surprised. It sounded like the owner didn't mentioned that to them. So I hope that the owner who this business pays to will cooperate of a water heater the owner doesn't take care of as far as maintenance because it leaked badly to my storage below, in 2013.
