  • Where to begin. I've had many issues with the service department. Not getting my car in when I had an appointment, after waiting weeks to get in. My 2016 Dodge Dart was purchased from the last year. The sales person was very nice and helpful. She was the only one. My a.c. went out in my 2016 Dart today after the service department closed. My car is under warranty for two more years and i should be given a rental. I talked to the manager and he said it's out of his hands. He then said he could help me by getting me out of my car and into a new one. It's only a year old! Why would I ever buy another car from them? I will never buy one from them again.
