  • The management company that sets their polices are rip-off artists. The on-site staff are great people, but I received a bill for over $300 for "carpet cleaning" when I'd lived there for over 3 years and they were required to replace the carpet before someone else moved into the apartment. Contested the charge and got it reduced, but that's a sleazy, unethical way to conduct business.
