| - Coffee is very good, and lots of information is available about what they sell. I believe all of their coffees are made from single-source beans, and have distinct flavours. I've never attended one, but they have tasting sessions, roasting lessons, etc, and they're a wholesaler as well as a cafe, so they really know their beans. They're big on ethically-sourced fair trade coffee, and being environmentally friendly....tastes good to my belly, and tastes good to my soul.
It's a bright sunny environment in a converted industrial space, with lots of warm wooden pillars, mismatched tables&chairs, aromatic coffee, and plenty of aesthetic charms.... a wonderful place to relax with a coffee and read/chat/people watch. The best cafe in Toronto.
