  • Horrible place! They you would sell you up for things you don't need. I used to get my oil change for over 2 years at the Firestone by Lake Mead and 95 and they were great and honest. I moved to Henderson and went to get my oil change to the Firestone by Pecos and Eastern and James the service advisor told me I needed to replace my battery and the shocks and struts. I purchased by battery less than a year ago so I knew I had a warranty on it so I went to Autozone where I purchased my battery from and they tested it and it came back 100% good. He even told me that I didn't need my shocks and struts done either. I just couldn't believe James was trying to rip me off!!!! I don't know much about cars but they treated me like I was an idiot. Please if they are trying to sell you something get a second opinion because you can get screw by buying something you don't need. I would never go back to this place! They lost a loyal costumer.
