  • I lived at Auston Woods for almost 3 years (February 2011 - November 2013). When I visited the apartments for the first time, I was able to view the exact apartments that were available instead of seeing model apartments. (It is definitely my preference to visit the actual apartments.) The apartments were wonderful, and were a better deal than the other apartments I had considered. The staff was friendly AND genuine. After moving in, I never had any complaints. The two times that I need assistance from the office (once, I needed the batteries in the smoke alarm changed and once a few outlets stopped working) they responded so quickly! Even more impressive... when I accepted a job in another city and had to move and break my lease, the office was very reasonable and understanding with handling my situation. I ended up prorating my rent with a new tenant and they ensured that I did not overpay my share. They were very honest and helpful long after they knew I would no longer be a tenant, and I was extremely grateful that they did not treat me any differently. As a side note, they have multiple community events throughout the year, and these would be a plus for those who are able to attend. I wasn't able to attend very often, but the ones I did go to were fun and organized well.
