  • I have gone to almost all of their locations (Queen creek is newer) I've been getting waxed for about 2 yrs now. I love them.... really I do. I love that now they've got a closer location to me. Kristen is awesome. If you're shy or insecure... no need to be. Seriously the professionalism she has! Amazing. She is great with recommendations of wax vs sugar and which areas to use them on. If I've ever had any issues it's been addressed very quickly. )my skin reacts differently sometimes) the staff I've encountered at their locations are always very nice. Their rooms are super cute. Now I can't write an amazing review with out pointing out some bad thing, wouldn't be fair- right? I've only had one gal ever that I'd never go back to. She was totally a right fit for me. She has moved in to bigger and better things I'm sure. I'd say go for it if you're nervous about your 'first wax or sugar' you will never regret it.
