  • I have been here three times. The staff is personable. I am always leery that they have to take pictures (realize all cosmetic places do). Yet when I came back much sooner than I ever had too do so for fillers, asked Dr. R to look at the pictures of me in the past compared to that day, and she seemed taken aback. I asked the assistant and Dr R., why am I having to have fillers much sooner than in the past years and never got a clear answer. That is when I should have been more clear and / or left (white coat/dr office syndrome: once in a chair you lose your courage to suggest this is not the best option and ask to reconsider). The assistant seemed more informed (although too saleslike) and said it is probably time to change fillers, which made sense. Dr. R never said a word, even after I asked and expressed my concern very nicely. I like her, she is recommended yet frankly seems very spacey. It has me concerned enough that i might not be back. My last visit was a serious waste of money.
