  • My husband received some gifts for Christmas that were duplicate or not needed. We returned them to the store and the manager (Candace) wouldn't approve us to receive store credit for them because we didn't have the receipts. DUH! They were gifts! She indicated it's because she didn't know the amount as they change. I told her most retail places would provide credit for the lowest price the item was. Further, one box was opened so he could see if it would work in toolbox. It was opened nicely with only the tape removed and she refused! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
