  • If I could give Doggie District a zero, I would. I was very upset with the level of customer service and care they gave my two Labrador Retrievers. I first used Doggie District for an overnight stay to try them out and everything was fine. When I picked up the dogs, they were happy and tired. I booked Doggie District again, but this time for seven days. I dropped off my two labs with the perfect amount of food to last for seven days and feeding instructions. When I picked them up, they looked almost emaciated. I could see their ribs, their hipbones, and spine. My black lab had a huge scrape on his bottom that had a fresh layer of blood and green goop coming from his eye. They both were so stinky and their ears smelled awful. I asked what happen and the rude receptionist said she didn't know because they looked fine earlier. So I asked for any left over food, and they gave me 25% of the food back. I paid my bill, took my dogs home to wash off the filth, clean their ears, and stuff them full of the food they weren't being fed. I WILL NEVER USE DOGGIE DISTRICT AGAIN!!!!
