  • I waited in line to get a milk shake for my fiancé who just had an oral surgery and could not eat solid food. Once I got up to the line, and now had people behind me, I was told the shake machine was down for the night (it was 6:22pm). I understand things happen, however, I felt it would have been appropriate to put a sign on the menu board or something to that effect so people didn't wait in line for a product that is unavailable.
