| - Drinks and food-wise, I've never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. No complaints on service either, and the RiverGate location makes it very central in the Steele Creek area. The issue I have is the store's layout as a result of the small square footage.
First off, you have to get lucky to find an actual table at this one (there are only 6 small rectangular ones). Otherwise, it's bar seating. Also, of the 6 tables, 3 of them are right by the bathroom doors, which means you're guaranteed to hear sounds of urination...not exactly what you want to be hearing while sipping on your drink, working/studying or chatting with a friend.
Second, when it's busy, there's always a cluster of people waiting for their drinks by the bar. This is normal, but when the space is tight, a cluster of people means blockage to the back of the store.
This Starbucks is better if you're grabbing a drink to go. If coming to this location to stay, grab your headphones and cross your fingers that you'll find a seat.
