  • We have come here for the last three years for our anniversary. The first two years we booked thru the hotel and both times when we got here we had the wrong room. Last year one of the Bell Boys fixed it and got us into the right room. This year I decided to book on a third party site, cancelon.com and once again we get here and it's the wrong room. It is NOT a premium lake view room and we have Double Beds! The person who checked us in was just about as RUDE as could be to tell us there are NO King beds but she would Gladly cancel our reservation! I don't know why I gave them a third try but I will not give them a fourth try! Bad customer service and try to hire front desk people who have any kind of personality!
