  • Really smooth refinance process with Wyndham. I discovered them through Costco's mortgage site, like other revewers. Wyndham easily offered the best deal I could find -- I also used LendingTree but those deals were not as good as what I found through Costco (and Wyndham being the best of those). For my loan, there were no origination charges, no points, got a rebate, and the rate was the lowest I could find. Rates are in a good place right now of course. My broker, Adam Coleman, was great and responded to my emails quickly. Everyone else from Wyndham involved in the process was great too. I also liked their online site for uploading documents: Wyndham was one of the more high tech brokers I've worked with. The site had https though frankly I would trust Google Drive or OneDrive more had they used that than something custom. I just want to note that realtors have told me for years to use local lenders because they "understand the market". My loan through Wyndham was significantly cheaper than my last two loans, made through local lenders.
