  • Was riding my bike around one day and found this place. Pretty sure it was an answer to a prayer or something because it's exactly what I need! I'm getting training from the owner Darryl on all the proper techniques and he really pushes me. He has a friendly, easy to be around personality and is always encouraging. I was amazed how he could tell all my weak points and all the issues I have just from our very first session and I didn't even say a word, he just knew. He gives me a different workout every time and a perfect blend of cardio and strength training each session depending on what he sees I need to reach our goals for me. I also bought his protein shake he formulated and I look forward to drinking it every day. His Las Vegas gym recently opened up and the facility is excellent. His other gym is in Beverly Hills so it's a rare opportunity to join a gym and, I suggest, elect for the personal or group training option to be trained by a Beverly Hills trainer without having to pay Beverly Hills prices. I haven't taken any of the yoga or boxing classes or the other classes he offers yet so can't comment on those but everything I've experienced so far has been great. Word to the wise: now is the best time to act on joining because it's a more personal and private experience before a lot more people start joining.
