  • I would not recommend this doctors office to anyone. They do not care about their patients, give up easily if they cannot find an answer, and seem unhappy like they all hate their jobs. It's a 1-2 week wait to get into the doctor as well, that's ridiculous! Are you kidding me?! They set 15 minute appointments from 10am to 5pm, that's about 34 people a day. I understand that is a busy day, but that's no excuse for poor treatment of your patients. Last month I had an appointment, I was there for OVER TWO HOURS!!! Obviously the appointment schedule they have doesn't work. Almost every time I have come in, the doctor doesn't care, pay attention or know what's she's doing. Which is shocking because I know she went to medical school. It's just lazy! I would love to have this job, just be guessing all day and not actually helping my patients... It's like Dr. Shealey has just given up. She just prescribes whatever she wants and if that doesn't work(which it usually doesn't), she wont help you anymore. Also with blood testing, they don't call you to walk you through the tests or anything. They just post it online in your account. If the tests are negative they don't follow up with you to see what is wrong. They don't do anything. Once again, LAZY AND UN-CARING. So once this happens a few times, they send you to a specialist which takes over a month for a referral. Everything here is just a waste of time and money.
