  • Not rating the Hotel. the restaurant and bar "Taste American Restaurant ", ajoiningvthe Hilton lobby is very nice. While it has a very small menu the items they have are fantastic. I had the Bistro burger. Everythingbon itvwas great. The bread was soft but solid and buttered. Bacon was crisp, burgervwas perfect. The guacamole was very goi d and the onion ring was a brilliant touchb of flavor. My gal had the wrap and loved it. Parents had two other burgers. Coffee was good too. It was very quiet but only because y'all don't know about bit yet. We hear they have an amazing brunch too. Dawn the bartender/server was very nice as well.
