  • I really have enjoyed this community and would recommend it hands-down. First, it is very affordable for such a great location- right on the Scottsdale park, close to shopping, two major freeway systems, and $5 cab to Old Town for fun. Also, my apartment is very spacious, has excellent storage, overall very nice, and the maintenance team is great whenever I've had issues. Plus, I never hear my neighbors and always feel safe walking around. The amenities are great- the pool is nice, never crowded, and clean and the gym provides enough equipment for a good workout! Very satisfied. Friends are always surprised about how large my apartment is for such a great price! To top it off, the office staff is very friendly and helpful!
