  • I come here all the time to buy cakes for my employees' birthdays and for other occasions because the quality is good. The cakes are great. I have bought cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes at least a dozen times. This time I also decided to buy a dozen Bundtinis. When I ordered the Bundtinis, the girl at the register asked me if I wanted the regular assortment of flavors, 3 each of their most popular flavors. When I told her I didn't want the Chocolate-chocolate chip and asked if I could substitute those three for three other ones, she said that it was not a problem but that it would take 10 minutes. I said that was fine. The cake was ready right away as I didn't need it decorated. While I waited for them to put together my box of Bunditins, there were 4 employees standing around by the registers, not really doing anything, probably just waiting for customers to come into the store. There was only one other customer in the store and she had already been helped. After 5 minutes I asked one of the girls why my order was going to take 10 minutes when there were 4 employees who weren't doing anything. I asked if they weren't allowed to go back to the kitchen and the girl said that she would go check on my order. She went back through the swinging doors and came out less than 10 seconds later with my box of Bundtinis. I will buy more cakes here, but I don't understand why there are too many employees out in the store and not enough in the kitchen.
