  • We just picked up Sugar from boarding and they took really good care of her! When we first checked in, our impression of the hospital was that it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all our questions, informed us of the vaccines Sugar was due for, and the Vet also identified a mild problem with her knee which explained why she limped sometimes. They also gave her a complimentary bath before we picked her up. I can tell she was well taken care of because she didn't lose weight. In previous boarding experiences, she was so anxious that she wouldn't eat. We definitely trust them here!
