  • I've been frequenting this location 2-3 times a week for about a year now. Went in on Saturday 7/16/16 at 1:30 p.m. & ordered a trenta black tea. Sat outside & ate my sandwich from Potbelly. when I went back inside at 1:45 p.m. & asked for a refill, a very rude person claiming to be the manager (Gunnar) told me I was not eligible for a refill because I walked out the doors and left the premises. I argued with him explaining that the sticker on my cup indicates I purchased my drink 15 mins before & the tables outside are for customers. How can he say I left the premises. It's not like I got in my car and drove away. What a putz ! After arguing, he said he would make an exception "This one time", but in the future I would be denied my refill if I walked out of the store. Unbelievable !! This idiot is willing to lose $12 a week from my business for a .54 cent refill - I believe this is the definition of a terrible manager. Recommend you try any store other than this one....
