  • I got in a wreck and called my insurance company for an authorized tow company. I was referred to Larry's tow company. I was quoted an hour. I waited an hour and recieved a call from an automated system. It stated that the tow truck was there. There was not a tow truck in sight. The message stated if they were not there to press "2", which I did and the system hung up!!! I. Called the company directly; the lady that answered the phone had no knowledge of my request for a tow truck. Shetransferred me to another employee. I told him what happened and he said he had to stop for gas and he will be there shortly. He also stated that was a estimated time. So I waited for another 30-45mins! The driver arrived and stated he apologized for the wait and was very friendly. If I ever need another tow I will not use this company. They lack communication and customer service skills.
