Well, it's a little less than 3 years after I had them install carpet & I'm looking to replace it. It just didn't wear well. The carpet has bumps & needs stretching, but it's not worth it. It's really worn down. I am a single person, yet in less than 3 years it looks like this carpet is 10 years old. I don't even wear shoes on it, & it's only in my bedroom.
There was a water leak into my master bedroom closet last year, so I needed to replace the carpet in there. Well I called this small shop to ask if they had a record of the carpet I had bought in July 2015, & they had nothing. I had no way to get the same carpet.
So I have to say, trying to go with a local small business didn't go well here. Now less than 3 years later I'm looking to replace this same flooring. It's an expensive learning experience.
