  • Very helpful and pleasant staff! ( Especially Michelle) The security here seems so much better than at the typical drive-up garages: You have to enter your code not just to get join the building, but also to go up in the elevator, and during the daytime at least, a staff person has a very clear view of everyone going in or out. Six or so carts are available for use, so it makes it quite easy to move large items such as couches into your storage area. The free truck for moving in is a very nice bonus, too.
