I thought dealing with Maytag/Whirlpool was stressful enough. But I'm hot and cold with how I feel about Leon's. My recent experience with the sales crew leaves me exasperated to say the least. Warning: don't trust what is promised to you by upper level management because the ones who work the front desk will do anything in their power to make you as a customer, feel like you are in the wrong! Not the right way to deal with a reputation. They need to give their employes proper sales training. I don't know why there's so many people working the front desk of Leon's. All they do is give 'chip on their shoulder' attitude. I wish I remembered their names but like I said they were too many of them standing or sitting around pretending to work. Finally my request was honoured because management told this employee what was promised. But the time wasted and the hassle dealing with the ladies in front was awful! I hope they are reading this now!
