  • This place gets 5 stars on staff alone. We have been here over 1.5 months waiting for our house to finish. These gals have been amazing. I could write ten paragraphs on what they have done to ensure we stay in this hotel until our house is done. Today, we get the keys to our house and I leave this place a BW customer for life. Amazing Customer Service Very Nice Hotel Friendly Staff Decent Breakfast Not enough pool towels though! Not a big deal in the scheme of things :) Edit: I read some of the negative reviews, a few of which happened while we were here. All the bad reviews I saw were related to dealing with bad neighbors. I suppose we got lucky. Giving a hotel 1 star because the person staying in the other room sucked is not really fair to the hotel. Don't let it deter you.
