  • Choose another company. I wish I could give them negative stars. First and foremost, they are rude and have no customer service skills. Every time I call in it is some person with a condescending attitude that you have to get info out of like pulling teeth. Next, when I went to pay my fees one of the times, the guy was so rude to me and actually cursed at me when I asked about why I was being charged additional fees. In here right now and I asked why I was being charged an extra $50 and they said it was because they charge that for rescheduling that was never told to me over the phone. They say it's in the lease agreement but it says missed appointment not rescheduling. They also charged me for a high blow and it wasn't even alcohol. It was mouthwash. Every time I talk to someone they are aggressive and rude and condescending and it will cost me $250 to break my lease. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
