  • I really want to give one star but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that I just came at a bad time. We had bought the buffet of buffets pass and had already been to three other buffets on the strip and those three had set the bar pretty high. First, when we walked up there was no line for cashier at all but maybe ten people waiting to be seated. We thought, "great, finally won't have to wait in line for 30 minutes." Wrong. People just kept walking up one after the other that were diamond members so they skipped right past us. It just really made us feel low class getting passed over for at least 30 minutes. The food was ehhh... okay. At best. Compared to Planet Hollywood and Paris it was about McDonalds quality. Not much selection and the desserts were behind a counter so you had to ask for each thing making us feel like we had to settle for just one or two items. The service was AWFUL!! I overheard the hostess say to the server that she will have to stop seating because the two servers couldn't keep up at all. We didn't get our drinks for at least 15 minutes and then never got a refill. There was a bus person that got plates once the whole time we were there. When I say awful I mean hands down the worst service in all of vegas. I know it's a buffet but goodness, if someone called off, have a back up plan in place. This is my only negative review during the whole trip. It was one very big disappointment.
