  • Had to run into Anthropologie on Saturday to return a gift I received. The staff was more than helpful in holding on to my return while I shopped for an item as a possible exchange. I ended up not committing to anything, so the staff quickly and efficiently processed my return. While I was there, a new staff member was being trained on the register. They asked me to patient, which was no problem. I really appreciated the direction provided by the trainer to the trainee. She was really supporting and uplifting and was teaching by example. I just really felt good about how the employees worked with each other. I will definitely be back to purchase something with my store credit. I love Anthro.
