  • Jeff is the best bartender in Vegas. On a slow Monday, I challenged him to surprise me, after I couldn't decide on a cocktail on the menu. He was gone for a while and I realized... he had been making my cocktail the whole time. For maybe five minutes or more. He's stop and sniff, add a little of this and that. That kind of dedication to one's craft if hard to come by these day in any profession. After a long night that had started too early and gone without food too long, he took me seriously when I said, "I need all the water you have." (I had actually tried this earlier the same day on 3 occassions, got one small glass of water and a disappearing waiter/bartender each time). He came back with a glass he had chilled and cool water without ice so that I could drink it faster. Yes... he chilled my water glass as if he were serving me a martini. JEFF YOU ARE ONE CLASSY FELLA!
