  • If you value your life do not move in here. I have never heard gun shots in my 20 years of living until I moved here, I've had a few right outside of my apartment doors. Weed smokers everywhere! I've developed permanent respiratory problems from all the second hand inhaling I've done. Cops basically live here. Domestic violence every single day. Gangs everywhere that prey on young girls/women and smoke weed/threaten to kill. Loud music at every hour. People screaming everywhere. I don't even feel safe walking out of my apartment and when I do I carry a knife and pepper spray. Not to mention, there are roaches EVERYWHERE inside your apartment. Hundreds of them! Multiple complaints later, and the office still doesn't do anything. It may be cheap, but $700 a month isn't worth your life.
