  • Be ready for a long wait, even if you have an appointment. I sat around waiting for an hour before they even took my car into the garage. They seem to be chronically understaffed. Then, the computer said they had two tires in stock, but when they went back to the storage area, they weren't there. I had to wait another half hour before they were delivered from another location. I bought two tires, and John, the guy at the front desk advised me to put the new tires on the back of my front-wheel drive car. This was a big mistake, as I spun my wheels trying to get up a mild incline on Cochran Road after it rained. John obviously didn't know what he was talking about. I took my car to the Honda dealer and had to pay $14 to get my new tires switched around to the front, where I had originally asked to have them mounted. I have lost confidence that they can do anything right.
