| - Pretty terrible place and service. Made an appointment for 1pm with Jayden, arrived at 12:55pm, wasn't seen by a girl until 1:30pm.
I was there to get one acrylic nail fixed and a manicure. It took around 1-1.5 hours total after waiting for the girl to work on me. I brought in a picture of what I wanted (3D nail art) and she said ok ok. The entire time I kept wondering when Jayden would work on me (since that's who I made an appointment with), and when she finally finished with the manicure, she said I was finished. I was really confused.
Apparently, this Jayden guy (main nail artist), overbooks appointments and doesn't care about new clients. The place was packed and the wait time for me having an appointment (and not even being seen by Jayden -- whom I made the appointment with) was ridiculous.
I asked, "what about the 3D art I asked for?", and the girl said "oh, you need shellac for that" -- then Jayden piped in, "wait 10 mins ill put on normal polish", and the girl said "it won't last on normal polish". So he's trying to scam me into paying extra? This place is a joke.
There's too many other better nail salons around to waste time coming here. Service and actual work done is terrible at best.
Expecting a negative review isn't something to brag about, it shows the lack of customer care that the place has, also the failure to address the issue of overbooking which led to appointments being not on time and having a long wait before being able to start. Information was not given regarding the 3D flowers, however, Jayden did a good job at reminding me to follow LV on Instagram rather than providing information about my nails.
Impeccable quality and service would net a 4 or 5 star rating on Yelp, not a 3 star with an alarming number of 1 star reviews. Also, attempting to disregard my review by saying I'm a teenager in junior high doesn't seem professional. (I'm in college, BTW, but thanks for compliment). Seems like you do not care about your younger clients.
Good service leads to satisfaction which leads to good business ratings, improving customer service is key to success, you're an owner of a business and I understand your feelings when you see negative reviews, I forgive your rudeness and hope that you may be better at serving your customers.
Also, how about explaining the main issue on how I booked an appointment with Jayden and instead I was seen by a girl?
UPDATE: I noticed they changed their response, so I will post screenshots of before and after. This business is so shady. Avoid at all costs.
