  • I had a great experience today. When I decided against being upsold, Joseph did not get pushy he politely suggested I ask for him next time. That was so refreshing considering the reason I hate getting my car washed is because I know I'm going to hassled until I buy a bigger better carwash. Then while waiting I saw Shawn (red shirt) who looked like a manager go and check my car and he asked me if it was ok to take him back to the vacuum to do a better job. I was shocked! Most car washes never get everything out. With a two year and two dogs it's almost impossible and unless I pay for a detail most carwash places don't care. Cobblestone has officially become my carwash place. It's hard to find great customer service that anticipate your needs before you express them. Shawn did that for me today, I wish I had more cash on me to tip more. Thank You, my car looks beautiful!
