  • My kid has been coming to tutoring for a while now. Office is always packed and noisy. Tutoring is affordable but tutor is not reliable. I know things come up but it sometimes gets excessive with multiple cancelations in a month..... EVERY month. At least now we get a cancelation notice the same day, it used to be that we would show up to the appointment and 10 minutes later someone would tell me tutor won't be in. Appointments are charged by the hour but it usually does not start until 5 or 10 minutes into the appointment and it usually ends 5 minutes early so in reality we are paying for about 45 minutes of tutoring. Reasons for delay are not valid, it's always for taking a smoke break or a personal call. My kid always complains of cigarette smell on tutor. So, I guess you get what you pay for.
