  • I had my first visit this past Saturday. I was surprised they weren't crazy busy - I guess I got lucky! I had called beforehand with a couple of questions, and was pleased with the customer service on the phone. I went in, thinking I was going to get artificial nails done (I'm trying desperately to stop picking at my cuticles!) but Rita, upon looking at my hands, asked me why I'd want fake nails when mine are strong and healthy. She saved me a bunch of money by suggesting I do shellac instead. Rita, you're great! She took her time, she was pleasant, and she was thorough. My nails look fantastic, and I'm not in the least bit hesitant to return for another manicure - although next time I'm adding on the pedicure, because they have a combo deal that my toes could definitely use. I only did 4 stars because my manicure hasn't seen any bar shifts yet, so I'm waiting to see how it endures. Fingers crossed, so to speak!
