  • I needed a rental due to a car accident that was caused by the other person. The first day I called they told me the only had small cars, I have 3 children. Then today I called got a bigger car and when I asked them to come pick me up....the woman was extremely rude and said they couldn't! I am a single mother with no family around. She said she had other customers to take care of and got off the phone. I don't think I will ever go through enterprise again. Come pick you up.....haha not likely
