  • My mother has been taking her pup here for awhile. She never really seems satisfied with the cut. Recently she had an appointment booked with the groomer, early in the morning. She waited for the groomer to show up for 30-45min, but no one ever came. When she got ahold of the groomer, she did apologize. She offered the next cut pro bono, which was very nice. So I called about a month later for my mother, and scheduled an appointment. I mentioned that she was offered a free cut, and the groomer back-tracked, and said she'd give a 10% discount. Still nice to offer, but after being promised a free cut, it's really going back on your promise. Brought the pup in & was told that if he was ready before noon, that I would receive a phone call. Otherwise come by at noon. I showed up at noon, and she was still in the process of giving him his cut. Considering that I dropped him off at 9am (when they opened), she was taking a long time. I patiently waited for an entire hour until he was ready. I had quite a few errands to run, so it was frustrating that I wasted an hour waiting around when she was "almost done". Took the little guy home to find that his nails were done really poorly, and that his cut was choppy and kinda uneven. The feather she added was adorable, and he didn't seem to be rubbing his ass around badly, like he usually does when he comes back from this groomer. I'm pretty sure my mother will be looking for a new groomer. One that is a bit more reliable then this one.
